IMS takes great care and pride in customizing its project teams to fit each individual project. Teams are assembled from the ground up around three primary roles built for foundation strength and flexibility. Known as the Power of 3 Team, the Project Director, Lead Subject Matter Expert and Portfolio Consultant combine to create a core Client delivery group focused on leveraging their individual expertise together with that of the extended IMS executive, network and internal service support teams to deliver an exceptional project experience. Consultants are hand selected for each role based on a metric derived from their core competencies, recent and related experience and alignment with the clients environment.
