Integrated Management Services, Inc. The IMS hosted informal Round Table Discussion Group meets 3 times a year.  We discuss a topic of current interest to the participants that can range from process related to HR related to technology related issues.  Attendees/Invitees are senior level executives with a variety of backgrounds and responsibilities which helps to add a diversity of experiences and perspective to the discussion.  The group is kept small and informal to encourage frank and open discussion.  All proceeding are off the record.  Invitations are personal, meetings are local and last approximately 2-3 hours.
