Dr. Keszenheimer began his career in high tech and has worked for major research labs before transitioning to technology startups and business strategy consulting. He has over 25 years of technology and business development experience and is a leading expert in photonics. He has worked at major labs including NASA, AVCO, MIT Lincoln Lab, and Draper Lab. Carol Bianchi is an IMS Partner & Senior Consultant and Co-Founder of Integrated Legal Support Services. Carol provides consulting, legal and management services to both IMS and ILSS, bringing years of experience as an attorney licensed in NJ and Pa since 1992. Following a clerkship with the Honorable Murray G. Simon, (Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity), Carol practiced general litigation and employment law at Smith, Stratton, Wise, Heher & Brennan, Princeton, and at Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti, Morristown, NJ. In 2013, Carol was elected to serve on the local governing body in Bernards Township NJ, where she is currently a Committeewoman.
Education: 1987 Graduate of Rutgers University, B.A. Political Science and English; 1992 magna cum laude graduate of Seton Hall Law School, J.D.; 2010 graduate of Leadership Somerset, a Somerset County NJ Leadership program.
Community Service: Carol has extensive experience in local government. In addition to serving on the Township Committee, she also serves as the Bernards Township Chairperson of the Municipal Alliance against Substance Abuse and on various boards in Bernards, including the Board of Health, Sewerage Authority and Agricultural Advisory Committee. She previously served as Chairperson of the Planning Board and as a member of the Zoning Board and Environmental Commission.
